Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Reschedule: 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late Arrival: There is a 15min grace period. Clients will pay the full-service charge without make-up time if more than 15 minutes have passed. No-Show: Except for an urgent emergency. Any no-show will result in a charge of full-service pricing.
